What experience do I need?

Absolutely none! All our classes are beginner friendly and suitable for all fitness levels. Our coach will make sure you're comfortable and know what you're doing. However, if you prefer, we offer private coaching sessions where you can learn the basics 1 on 1.

What age is this suitable for?

Classes and private coaching is for anyone aged 13+. Those aged under 16 must have their safety waiver signed by an adult over 18.  
We do plan to introduce kids/teens classes in the future, so stay tuned!

Question 3

How much does it cost?

All classes have a drop in price of £8. Memberships range from £35 - £60 (See the 'Membership' page for more details). Private coaching starts at £35 per hour and we offer discounts for block booking. We accept both cash and card.

Where are you located?

Right in the centre of Bathgate, just off King Street. 
We are sandwiched between B&M car park and Pizza Hut, you'll find us on Google Maps to get the exact address. There is a small lane between Pizza Hut & the Bingo hall that will take you to our car park right outside the gym!

What services do you offer?

We offer small group classes and private coaching in Brazilian jiu-jitsu (gi & nogi), Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling & MMA. We have a range of training equipment, punch bags and all necessary gloves/guards/pads. 
Please note, there are only toilet facilities at the gym, we do not have changing rooms or showers on the premises.

What should I bring with me?

Wear clothing you can comfortably exercise in and make sure you bring a bottle of water with you. If you have your own equipment, such as a gi, boxing gloves, shin guards, head guard etc, then you are welcome to bring these, but we have plenty for you to borrow. We would recommend a mouthguard and cup if you plan to continue training more long term.
