Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a good introduction to ground based martial arts. Our coach will teach you all the techniques and make sure you have fun doing it.

MMA

Mixed martial arts (think UFC). Fast paced and interesting. Great if you have a little experience and are looking to progress.

Nothing will get you fit like wrestling. A ground based martial art that is easily the most physically demanding. If you want to get strong and fit fast then this is for you.

Exotic kickboxing. Perfect for beginners and easy to drop in, you'll learn quickly how to strike and hold pads. A high tempo sport that will get your heart rate up and improve your personal fitness.
