Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a good introduction to ground based martial arts. Our coach will teach you all the techniques and make sure you have fun doing it.



Mixed martial arts (think UFC). Fast paced and interesting. Great if you have a little experience and are looking to progress.

Exotic kickboxing. Perfect for beginners and easy to drop in, you'll learn quickly how to strike and hold pads. A high tempo sport that will get your heart rate up and improve your personal fitness.

Circuits, strength training and conditioning will have you losing weight and getting stronger in no time. Tailored for all fitness levels we have something to suit everyone in achieving their fitness goals.
