BJJ (GI)

Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a good introduction to ground based martial arts. Our coach will teach you all the techniques and make sure you have fun doing it.
Boxing

Pretty self explanatory, we've all seen Rocky. Great for beginners and excellent for physical fitness due to the level of conditioning incorporated in training.
Muay Thai

Exotic kickboxing. Perfect for beginners and easy to pick up, you'll learn quickly how to strike and hold pads. A high tempo sport that will get your heart rate up and improve your personal fitness.
