  1. PT sessions are for those aged 13+ only (parental permission required for under 16s).

  2. Sessions cannot be transferred to anyone else, exchanged or refunded (unless in extenuating circumstances).

  3. As you are not required to be a member of our website we do ask that you provide us with your basic details, including contact email address and phone number, and next of kin if aged under 16, prior to beginning your sessions.

  4. You must sign the health and safety waiver before your first session (this will be done in the gym).


  1. Pre-payment is required for your initial session with us. After this you will have the option to pay via cash, card or bank transfer at the end of each session.

  2. Discounted rates only apply to 4 week blocks and all sessions must be used within the 4 week period.

  3. Blocks must be paid for in advance.

  4. If we have to increase prices for private coaching you will be given 30 days notice of this. During this time previously arranged sessions at a lower price will be honored and you will have 30 days to decide if you wish to continue at the increased prices.


  1. You must give 24 hours notice if canceling/rescheduling a PT session. We reserve the right to void any session if adequate notice is not received and you will not be entitled to a refund (if applicable).

  2. Cancellations must be emailed to or messaged via WhatsApp.

  3. If you do not adhere to our cancellation policy on more than one occasion you will be required to pay a deposit or pay in advance for all future sessions.

  4. We ask that you give us 30 days notice if you wish to cancel a monthly direct debit PT agreement. Block sessions already paid for will not be refunded but can still be used. This must be emailed to us at


  1. If for any reason we have to close all or part of our facility PT sessions will be held until we reopen again by extending the time limit of usage.

  2. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by any event that is outside of our reasonable control.

  3. Chamber Thirty Seven Limited, its parent companies, its agents, employees and subcontractors are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of any of your property that you bring onto any of our premises.

  4. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any services that are not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials we use are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.

  5. This agreement is governed by English Law.

  6. We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of rules.
