PT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. PT sessions are to be paid for in advance, this includes monthly direct debit payments.

  2. Sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled in line with our cancellation policy below.

  3. We ask that you give us 24 hour notice if canceling a PT session. We reserve the right to void any session if adequate notice is not received. Cancellations must be emailed or messaged via WhatsApp.

  4. Purchased sessions must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. 

  5. Sessions cannot be transferred to anyone else.

  6. PT sessions are for adults aged 16+ only.

  7. As you are not required to be a member of our website we do ask that you provide us with your basic details, including contact email address and phone number, prior to beginning your sessions.

  8. We ask that you give us 30 days notice if you wish to cancel a monthly direct debit PT agreement. This must be emailed to us at info@chamberthirtyseven.com

  9. If for any reason we have to close all or part of our facility PT sessions will be held until we reopen again by extending the time limit of usage.

  10. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by any event that is outside of our reasonable control.

  11. Chamber Thirty Seven Limited, its parent companies, its agents, employees and subcontractors are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of any of your property that you bring onto any of our premises.

  12. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any services that are not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials we use are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.

  13. This agreement is governed by English Law.

  14. We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of rules.

  15. To the best of your knowledge and belief you are in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, wellbeing or physical condition. Further, that you will advise us immediately should your circumstances change.
